I want a nicer print of the camera model from exif. Nikon is the only one that duplicates makername in exif.model. So i tried to hide it this way:

<koken:not empty="exif.model">
<koken:if data="exif.make" equals="NIKON CORPORATION">
<li>
<span class="label">Model</span>
<span class="value">{{ exif.model }}</span>
</li>
<koken:else>
<li>
<span class="label">Model</span>
<span class="value">{{ exif.make }} {{ exif.model }}</span>
</li>
</koken:if>
</koken:not>

but the is always goes to else path regardless make=='NIKON CORPORATION" What am i doing wrong?

Axel – this might be an obvious thing to ask, but are you sure that’s the value of exif.make for the image you are viewing? Also, if this is online somewhere we can see the output and original image that would help. We could try to see the error ourselves here.

Axel – I see the problem now. Do this instead at the beginning:

koken:if data=“exif.make.raw” equals=“NIKON CORPORATION”

That data variable should return the right value. I removed the tag brackets just for posting here.
