Images are in library, but only showing a 'loading' spinning disc in admin and not appearing on site

Hi there,

According to the library page in the admin section, my library still has all its images in it. I've just uploaded another to make sure that it's working (which is is).

However, all the images are shown as 'loading' in the admin section by spinning disc images, and not appearing on my site.

My koken site is still being built so isn't the main destination for my site URL; the main site's images are still there.

Is this a theme / koken issue, or is it something to do with my ISP?

I should add - the site URL is http://neilcain.co.uk/koken/.

The current main site is just http://neilcain.co.uk/

I'm talking to my ISP

They have found that my site is hunting for this file: http://neilcain.co.uk/koken/koken.js?0.18.3

I've updated the theme, tried a different theme and replaced the index.php file, but still no luck.

Any suggestions?

Neil – typically when this happens it’s because of a compatibility problem with the image processing software on your server. Can you try changing the Processor by following these instructions?

Hi Todd - thanks for the reply.

The only option I have for image processing is "GD bundled (2.0.34 compatible)". Does that make sense?
