Settings are lost if theme changed?

If I change the theme e.g. form Boulevard to Chastain, make some adjustments in the new theme and then change back to the Boulevard theme influences the settings I made in the Chastain theme the settings in the Boulevard theme? Or will all adjustable theme parameters always handled together with the selected theme?

In other words, if I change a theme and later I change back the initial theme looks like before independent the changes I made in the other theme?

Hi Gaby -

Theme settings are saved with the themes themselves (as part of their draft). Every theme has different settings for different features, so it’s not technically possible to apply the settings from one theme to another because they’re independent of one another. The one thing that is saved when switching themes is your navigation links, which are applied from your published Koken site to your new theme choice.
