Theme Install

I am hugely frustrated with your product, I paid $60 two days back and tbh I have been happy with the design. I posted another question a while back that nothing was being updated. So I went ahead and I deleted the whole project and re-installed and its so stupid to charge me $60 again to install the theme? Can't your guys recognize me as an existing customer? I will be pissed off if I have to pay $60 again for the theme just because I deleted my koken installation.
I hope you guys can fix this ASAP!

Uday – you don’t have to repurchase a theme in order to download it again. Themes/plugins are licensed to individual installations, so if your former installation was deleted and then re-installed you can download the items again. We explain this here:

It sounds though that in this instance something isn’t working right, perhaps because you reinstalled Koken at the same place it was installed at prior, and the store isn’t recognizing it as a new/different installation and allowing it to be transferred. I see that you contacted us via email too, so we’ll follow-up with you there for more info since it may require login data.
