pulse is_last function

Oct 04, 2014 08:46AM EDT

Hi guys,
I'm trying to either hide the play button when the slideshow has reached the last image or toggle the button.

I have tried the following but it doesn't work:

pulse.on( 'playing', function(isPlaying) {
var el = $('#sldshw_play');
if (is_last) {
el.html('<i class="fa fa-play"></i>');
} else {
el.html('<i class="fa fa-pause"></i>');

Grimur – that property isn’t available through that event. I think this will work for you:

Hi Todd, thanks for the reply. I'm not sure how I should make this work. What I'm trying to do is the same as with the arrows, when you're at first image left arrow is hidden and when at last image the right arrow is hidden. So I would like to hide the play button when at last image like in lightbox for instance. How can I make this work? Is there a disabled class for the play button?

Hi I'm still waiting for an answer regarding this. Is there or will it be implemented? That is a disabled player class, Because when you hit the play button when it has reached the last content it will not toggle the button it stays the same so it is difficult to know it has reached the last photo

Grimur – couldn’t you use jquery’s hide() / show() methods to hide/show the arrows whenever those events fire with each image load?
