Why do some of my images show EXIF information on the published site and some do not? I would like to remove this.

Glynis – if EXIF is published by the theme then it will display EXIF metadata if the original image you uploaded has it. If not, it won’t. You should be able to turn this off through the theme settings by viewing the page in the Site editor, opening the theme’s settings, clicking “Template” at the top, then uncheck the Show EXIF box.

Here’s how to open the theme’s settings in case you haven’t done so before:

Thank you for your reply, but I cannot find the page for the theme's settings where "Template" should show. I reach a page of optional themes, and if I click on my theme (Elementary) I go to a preview page with no editing other than"clear" offered.

I have now found the page for changing the EXIF setting, so no more help is needed, thankyou.
