In the content section I have ended up with three copies of the same photo?

Sounds like you accidentally uploaded it more than once? I think you’d just need to delete two of them and keep one.

Thank you, have done that, I was using Lightroom to upload and it kept republishing the image as new, but it has stopped doing it now. However albums made in Lightroom are not appearing on the koken admin page album list and visa versa.....
Lastly I was getting the http load error message like a lot of others, so as suggested I asked my domain holders to up the memory and file size limits, which they say they have done, how on your admin page do I refresh the admin page to reflect this.
Sorry for all the questions, new to your programme....

Koken should automatically pick up on the memory / file size limits and display the most recent information in the Settings > System area. Might want to have a look in there to confirm it’s working.

Also to your comment about “vice versa”, note that syncing with the Lightroom plugin is one-way from Lightroom → Koken. It doesn’t work in reverse if you were expecting it to behave that way.
