How to add URLs such as mydomain.com/about to Koken pages?

I've noticed that Koken URLs are pretty complicated and I'd like to have simpler URLs for my pages.

For example, my About page has this URL: http://********.com/index.php?/pages/about/
Can I change that to http://********.com/about ? If so, how?

Thanks!

Hi – the “/pages” part of the URL can’t be removed because Koken uses that with pages to prevent conflicts between pages and other types of content that might be published at that “level”, if that makes sense. This is something we do plan on looking at more in the future to see if we can make that cleaner.

As for the index.php? part, that’s actually because your server doesn’t support a particular PHP configuration. We explain that here: http://help.koken.me/customer/portal/articles/1678459-site-links-include-index-php
