Hi,

I'm currently using Koken on a Mac setup with GD compiled in PHP.

However, I get countless lines of :
sh: gd/convert: No such file or directory
sh: gd/gm: No such file or directory
sh: convert: command not found
sh: gm: command not found
sh: /usr/bin/convert: No such file or directory
sh: /usr/bin/gm: No such file or directory
sh: /usr/local/bin/convert: No such file or directory
sh: /usr/local/bin/gm: No such file or directory
sh: /usr/local/sbin/convert: No such file or directory
sh: /usr/local/sbin/gm: No such file or directory
sh: /bin/convert: No such file or directory
sh: /bin/gm: No such file or directory
sh: /opt/local/bin/convert: No such file or directory
sh: /opt/local/bin/gm: No such file or directory
sh: /opt/ImageMagick/bin/convert: No such file or directory
sh: /opt/ImageMagick/bin/gm: No such file or directory
sh: /usr/local/ImageMagick/bin/convert: No such file or directory
sh: /usr/local/ImageMagick/bin/gm: No such file or directory

added to my error.log each time I access my library (which is quite often). Is it possible to determine the image manipulation library during install and storing or caching that piece of data somewhere instead of testing every combination on the server every time that information is needed? Sure, it's to the error log, but I do review it to fix issues and it is a combined log.

Thanks,
M.

PS: Koken is awesome. Thanks for sharing this product!

Melissa – We do cache that data, but anytime a change is made in Koken the cache gets cleared, so the libraries are checked again. We could be more tidy there and either check for the existence of the path first, or at least keep it out of the error log. We’ll look into it.
