There shouldn't be a need to change the domain itself in there are it cannot be edited, but you can change the directory that its in. For example, if it says "domain.com/koken", just change it to "domain.com". As Koken is not developed to have the domain itself hard coded within the database, just removing the folder from the path should do it for you.

Hi Jeff, thanks for the answer.
The point is that i have the domain kaniewski.org, where i have a directory (kaniewski.org/folder) in which my domain www.foto-haus.eu is running. I set up koken under kaniewski.org/koken and wanted to point my domain there, so i set the server up to link foto-haus.eu to the koken folder, but all that happens is that i got a http 500 error and so i wanted to change the url within the koken settings to foto-haus.eu, but here's the prob, that i can't change the url

From my experience, 99% of the time, a 500 error is either caused by an .htaccess file within the directory or a php.ini file. First, try renaming any .htaccess files to see if that fixes it. Of course, your permalinks for subpages will be broken, but it will narrow down the issue. Check (or have your host check) your Apache error logs for the reason for the 500 error. It does look a lot more like that is the root cause of the issue.

You'll need the content within .htaccess for your permalinks as Koken uses mod_rewrite to generate URLs. The following in the default Koken .htaccess file. Create a new one with this content:

As I can't see your old .htaccess file, I don't know what in it is causing the issue. It is caused, however, by an error within it that the server is unable to properly process.
