Can't get to store on new 1and1 installation

Hi
I'm am trying to set up Koken on 1and1 as a 1and1 app.
When I go to the Koken store , it gives me this error message:

" Your installation of Koken needs to be updated before you can use the Koken Store."

But when I click on "update now" I get this:

Uh oh
Koken encountered a problem while updating and reverted back to the previous version to ensure your site continues to work. Please try the update again. If you continue to have issues, please contact Koken support.

----

and the update doesn't work.

Hello. That error message is most likely because the Koken Store account is connected to a different Koken installation than the one you are using now.

Login to the Koken Store by visiting http://store.koken.me then delete the old installation(s)
http://help.koken.me/customer/en/portal/articles/1461724-deleting-an-installation-from-your-account

Return to your Koken installation and login to the Store. That will link the account to the correct installation.
