Accessing store

hi, fresh install and trying to access the store within my installation.

Getting this error:

Update required
Your installation of Koken needs to be updated before you can use the Koken Store.

Tried PHP versions 5.6, 7.0, 7.2.

I also tried CHMOD 777 on the app/koken DIR

Any ideas?

Hello. That error message is most likely because the Koken Store account is connected to a different Koken installation than the one you are using now.

Login to the Koken Store by visiting http://store.koken.me then delete the old installation(s)
http://help.koken.me/customer/en/portal/articles/1461724-deleting-an-installation-from-your-account

Return to your Koken installation and login to the Store. That will link the account to the correct installation.

I have the same problem. I have 4 installations and I have the same problem for all of them.
Everything was working until some weeks ago, and my installations have more than one year, so no new installation was added.
What should I do?
