as so many of my predecessors, I cannot login to the koken with my admin user after the installation:
Error message: "Incorrect. Try again or reset your password."
Even when I try to reset my password via the "forgot password" link I get the following message:
"That email address was not found. Please try again."
Another thing, only at the first time the installation finished completely. After I experienced the issue above I did the whole process again (fresh installation on the FTP server, fresh MySQL Database) for several tries. Unfortunately since then, the installation process has never completed, it hangs at: "Fetching the latest version of Koken. Please wait...". However when I press F5 to refresh the page after several minutes, I recognised that the installation I can use the koken domain to get the login. But then I again struggle with my not known admin user as mentioned above.
Additionally, looking at the SQL table koken_users, I recognized that the field "email" is set to NULL. So to my mind it makes sense that the password reset does not work.
Here are the details of my installation:
MySQL Version: 5.6.37
Webspace provider: STRATO
