Another disappointed Koken user here. No matter how many times I try you never send an email reminder and needless to say I still cannot access the control panel of my website. Funny thing is if I ask for a password reset link on Koken Store - WHAM! within a few seconds you send a link. Just a shame I used a different password to be more secure. So Koken are you more interested in taking peoples money than letting us access their websites? Its starting to look as if we all need to move away from Koken as you don't care about replying via support or even Facebook.

Colin, your Koken installation is hosted on a server you control. If something’s not working it has nothing to do with us, it’s a problem with your server configuration. If you are uncertain how to proceed, contact your server administrator or tech support at your hosting company for assistance.
