Hi,

I am hosting 2 Koken sessions on Microsoft Azure Web apps, which install fine. However when i try to upgrade i get the usual message "Koken was not able to download the new release. Try setting the permissions on the Koken directory and all subdirectories and files to 777."

i have change the permissions on the folder and subdirectories but still the same error. Is there a way to manually upgrade the site?

Hello. That usually means that there is a failed download (curl), or an extraction error (permissions). Please confirm that cURL is installed on the server and the Koken user account has full read / write permissions.
