Deactivated published content are still visible on website

I have deactivated a published content, but it is still visible on the website. Did an user or a search engine saved this url, it is possible for them to access this page further.

The page itself is also no longer stored in my koken system. I have deleted it and I cleared also the system cache as like as the image cache. But the content is still available if you knows the URL.

I know about to deactivate crawled content from search engines, but if the content is for search engines accessible it will be listed again.

In my case the page: www.frankscholz-photo.de/new/ is affected. Normally the error page should displayed with code 404, but it didn't. This page was a test page for an album and it is not linked on my homepage.
If you enter on google the search text: frank scholz photo you will get this page as result.

Do you have an idea how I can deactivate this content finally?

Hello. Connect to your server via FTP and delete the contents of the storage/cache/site folder.

There is no folder site underneath storage/cache/ on my token installation. I see only these folders: api, core, icc, images, locks and plugins.

Hello. Please send us an email from here http://help.koken.me/customer/portal/emails/new with a description of what’s happening. Include the url to your Koken admin page and the email address and password to login to Koken. Also include the credentials necessary to connect to your server via FTP.
