Can't update collection

I'm getting the error "Upload to Koken failed. The server did not return an error message. Contact Koken support for more help" when I try to upload photos to my new Koken installation at

I see many instances of this error in the boards here, but no actual answers. Is there somewhere I can look in the installation? I was able to upload quite a few photos before getting this error.

Trey, you’ve probably exceeded the limits placed by your hosting company. If your usage starts to affect other users on the same machine, a procwatch daemon will stop running processes so you don’t affect other user’s site stability in a shared environment. The errors typically go away after a short period of time. If it continues, yet us know and we’ll take a look.

There's no limit to bandwidth and I'm nowhere near filling up the storage. I've retried about a half-dozen times since yesterday afternoon.

I’m referring to memory usage, I/O and CGI calls. Send us an email from here with a description of what’s happening. Include the url to your Koken admin page and the email address and password to login to Koken. Also include the credentials necessary to connect to your server via FTP.
