Install Ensemble

Hi! I have installed koken on my database, and I registered. I created a shop.koken account, and I am signed in. Now, as I'm trying to download Ensemble I keep getting this error message: "Installation of this product requires an account with a registered installation of Koken. If you have an account, please sign-in. If you don't, create one here."
I've tried to sign out and sign in again.
I deleted the token file from my database and installed it again by adding "koken1_" on the admin setup screen.
Nothing has helped.
How should I proceed?

Hello. Login to your Koken store account by visiting http://store.koken.me

Delete the old installation (This does not delete anything from your server)
