only ONE product transferring to different installation

I bought AXIS 2 and installed it to the wrong token installation (to Zauberseife.ch instead to 2public.ch)
I want to only ONE product be transferred from Zauberseife.ch to 2public.ch
how to do this? (don't want to delete all products of this installation since Madison 2 is still needed for Zauberseife.ch)
is this possible?

You’ll need to delete the installation, transfer the theme to the new install by following the instructions below. Then login to the recently deleted installation and log into the store to link it to your account. Then transfer the now not assigned purcjased back to that installation.

Purchases are linked to a specific installation. Login to your Koken store account by visiting http://store.koken.me

Delete the old installation

Sign in to the store in your Koken installation to associate it with the new install.

then, back online, transfer the theme

still I’m concerned I will loose all settings I made for Madison2 if I first delete it and then reinstall. right or wrong?
(as previously mentioned I don't want to change anything about Madision2 and the installation it belongs to, just need to transfer Axis2 form the same installation where Madison2 is to another installation.)

Wrong. All deleting the installation in the Koken Store does is de-link it from your store account. Nothing is deleted from your server.
