Rating plugin with Regale 2 theme does not work

Hi,

I use Koken 22.18 version with Regale 2 theme and I just added Rating plugin. In Library view when I select any of photos I can see Rating section on the setting section on the right. But there is only "Times rated" in this section. There is no "Show ratings" option as shown in koken plugin page at https://store.koken.me/plugins/rating. My web site is www.ercanuc.com.

In my site, I can only see heart symbol when I select an album, then select an individual photo and then click it again for lightbox view. So visitors can not see heart symbol to click when they see thumbnails on any albums.

Could you please let me know how I can see "Show ratings" option in settings; how I can show times rated under/on each photos.

I just upgraded to 22.19 and this issue still exists.

In Site, navigate to the image page. Open Template Settings and choose Show rating. See:

Rating plugin is enabled under plug-in section.
But when I go to image page under Site there is no "Show rating" option! I have all other 9 options under Elements section.

You are using Regale 2 v2.4.1, you need to update the theme. https://store.koken.me/themes/regale/updates

Thanks for your reply.
I'd like to update Regale theme but I don't see any update link under Store / Updates. It says "No updates are available at this time. Please check back later." Any advise?

I don’t see any record of your purchase of the Regale 2 theme. What is the email address of the Koken Store account you used?

Yes. I purchased Regale 2 with my email address and used in two sites I have copying theme folder.

That violates the license agreement and terms of service. Purchases may only be used on one installation at a time. That’s why you’re not receiving updates.

Ok, I see. I did not know that. So If I purchase Regale 2 again for my second site can I install it without loosing my settings and changes on this live site?
