Images don't don't appear on public site from within the albums section

Hi Team,

I've recently moved from a squarespace hosted site to your product as I liked the web interface and public website integration.

I was impressed with the installation/setup however have come across an issue that I'm unable to resolve.

I first installed the platform on my Synology NAS and everything worked perfectly. I then moved to Dreamhost as per your installation advice and I already have my domain with them.

My installation is working ok, however when you click on the album there is nothing showing up. Even though in the Library there are images within the album and the album itself appears with the images on the website prior to clicking on the album itself.

Details of my setup

Information about the server hosting this installation.

Version 5.6.19

Version 5.6.25-log

Server operating system

Webserver software

Image processing
Imagick 6.6.9-7

Installed (Version 0.8.16)

Memory limit

Upload file size limit

EXIF/IPTC parsing

Any advice or assistance would be great, I've tried several browsers deleted my cache in browser/Koken etc. I've created multiple albums/sets with the same result.

I can only assume it's a setup issue...

Hi Tim. Was the previous install using https? When you moved, did you delete the storage/cache/api and storage/cache/site folders?

There was nothing installed previously I was with Squarespace which they host, all I was doing was pointing my domain to there servers... Also the image above references content and my issue is with the albums...

If you let the page load all of that page actually appears...

Let me clarify. Did you move your Koken installation from your Synology NAS to Dreamhost? Or is the Koken install at Dreamhost new?

Nope, the install is still live as I'll use it to test out custom CSS changes etc. it was a fresh install I've actually not done anything other then add a few images. I click on albums and nothing comes up...ill keep troubleshooting myself as I can see in the source that Koken is presenting the images... They just don't display.

Further update, I've removed the certificate and secure element from Dreamhost which has removed the error listed above.

However I can now see from within the developer tools in Chrome that the images actually load when you click on an album but don't appear on the page...?

As stated above the installation is fresh, scratching my head here guys.

Hi Tim,

We’ve identified an issue and will be releasing a fix, pending QA, on Monday. Please look for an update soon.

Hi Adam,

Thanks for the reply,

I ended up deleting and clean installing the website without a certificate, it appears to be working however I'm not able to re-install the Madison 2 theme which was purchased under the previous installation.

Any advice would be appreciated.
