Hi Todd, Brad, and Lauren,
As always, you know me, I have been with Koken since DAY ONE of private testing and I have stick to it. I'm glad to experience the product's growth and functionality. I have nothing but highest praise and commendations to your team. Please consider the following request for improvement of Koken: the ability to edit and re-edit slugs in Essay mode. Unless I overlooked something, the slugs could only be redacted once the essay or page gets published.
Let's try a real world, practical example of how I use Koken and cross post to my Twitter via the Buffer App and IFTTT.
Let's now suppose that I'm writing an essay exactly titled, "How to Use Koken (@Koken) to Publish Your Photography Website." In the current version of Koken, the Text Model will create the following slug "how-to-use-koken-koken-to-publish-your-photography-website."
I don't want the repeated "koken-koken" in the slug! If I want to edit the slug, I can't. I'd have to publish the essay and then head back into draft mode to be able to edit the link.
Then...I'd have to update the slug and finally hit the Update at the bottom right for the changes to be live on the site.
WHY THE SUGGESTION?
Currently, Koken has no way to auto-post to social media, e.g. Twitter. I'd have to use its RSS + IFFF + BufferApp. Even if people don't use Koken RSS the way I do, I thinkâ€â€being able to edit and re-edit the slug while writing the Essay is efficient and workflow-enhancing.
