What is Managed Koken?
Managed Koken is a subscription service that we set up, monitor and maintain to ensure the server environment is optimized for running Koken. We make sure your Koken installation is always up to date in an environment tuned specifically for the high demands of image and video processing. We provision and host all the necessary server requirements, while providing premium level support. As a month-to-month subscription with no long-term obligation, Managed Koken the fastest, easiest way to get started with Koken.

What's included?
Unlike most hosting providers, Managed Koken provides reserved resources* so your site is always fast and responsive. As a Managed Koken member, you'll also have access to members' only discounts and priority support from the Koken team.

How is Managed Koken different than traditional hosting?
On a shared server, you rely on the performance of the platform provided which often provides outdated and insecure versions of PHP and MySQL or are missing a Koken server requirement. Unlike Shared Hosting, where all accounts share the same available resources with all the other accounts on the server, Managed Koken gives you your own dedicated CPU, memory and disk space. The performance of the Koken console or your website will not be affected by other users on the same server.

How much does it cost?
We're currently offering a preview of Managed Koken and at a discounted price. Current pricing is available at the Koken Store. Billing is monthly and there no obligation.

Who provides support?
As a Managed Koen subscriber you'll receive priority support directly from the Koken team.

Can I import my existing Koken site?
Yes! And during our special preview offer Koken will provide complimentary migration support to assist with importing an existing Koken installation.

Can I use my own domain?
Yes, after signing up you'll receive instructions on how to connect your domain to Koken. These steps cover adding an A-record at your domain's DNS provider.
