Changing the share

When viewing an individual photo in the lightbox, there is a white rectangle with an arrow at the top left, indicating sharing options. When you click it, it expands to show the sharing options. Is it possible to

1. Edit something in the theme so that it is open by default, or
2. Replace the code with my "AddThis" snippet?

If either or both is possible, which file should the edits be made?
