What is the best way to access to Koken-Database directly?

Jul 04, 2017 12:50PM EDT

for some reason URLs to newly uploaded images in albums consist of an non-editable alpha-numeric string like in this example:

As opposed to other URLs of images in albums displaying the URL of an album followed by the image name like in this example:

Both examples are in the same Koken database.
What might be the cause of this behavior?

Possibly editing the Koken database directly might reveal some more insight.
What is the best way to connect to the Koken database?
What are your recommendations, maybe even a cookbook?

Site is using SSL encryption but "https" is not reflected in Koken Admin/Library/Site/Link.
How can this be corrected?

Feedback is highly appreciated.

Hello, unlisted albums and images have their URLs obfuscated. Public images do not.

Have you edited the .htaccess file to use HTTPS? Connect to your server via FTP. Open the .htaccess file in a text editor. At the top of the file are instructions about activating https for admin pages. You can also change to / instead of /admin/ so it works for the whole site. Here’s what it should look like:

  1. Uncomment the following block to force SSL when accessing /admin
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} /
    RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
    RewriteRule ^ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
