Here is an example of what is happening: I get a series of scrolling dots that give the impression that some this is loading but it never complete.

The image fails to show the thumbnail in any of the previews. If I browse directly to the image and click download the image os on the server it is one the server

I'm running version 0.22.23. The is a fresh install. A previous install on the same server worked wonderfully (great software). I deleted that installation because I incorrectly update a these and I wanted to start correct from scratch, but every installation has failed.

These are my server settings:

PHP:Version 5.6.30
MySQL:Version 5.6.35-cll-lve
Server operating system:Linux
Webserver software: Apache/2.4.23
Image processing: GD bundled (2.1.0 compatible)
FFmpeg: Not installed
Memory limit: 256MB
Upload file size limit: 16MB
EXIF/IPTC parsing: Supported

Any help would be appreciated I do also plan to buy the plugin for the watermark and shopping cart.

Hi Troy.

We see problems with GoDaddy customers reporting that sometimes Koken becomes unresponsive. If something isn’t working right, log into your control panel and keep an eye on the I/O Usage. GoDaddy accounts have ridiculously low thresholds that if exceeded shut down usage of Koken for a short period of time. You’ll know it’s happening as there will be a red warning in the control panel. If it is an issue, you’ll need to add server resources.

I just checked with GoDaddy and they say there are IO issues. I'm going to try to install the software manually (as opposed to using the Installer they provide in cPanel).

I actually pay for a higher level os service from GoDaddy. Currently I/O Usage is minimal. Can you advise me for a specific setting (parameter and associated value) that I can ask them to check?

Thanks again!
