CART Icon not visible - Plugin

Hello,
i've a problem with the plugin Cart (with Braintree), I've install the last update and completed my account with braintree but after I installed it and I did all setups right, I still don't have the Icon on my Pictures! (The Icon you can click on to purchase and to see the price)

Yesterday was the Memorial Day holiday in the USA and NetObjects was closed. Please send us an email from here http://help.koken.me/customer/portal/emails/new with a description of what’s happening. Include the url to your Koken admin page and the email address and password to login to Koken. Also include the credentials necessary to connect to your server via FTP.

ftp server url
ftp username
ftp password.

We’ll have a look.

Ok, so I'm sorry but since I can not use this plugin and from Suport no to the Word has reported I must demand my money back, I hope that is possible, with PayPal should go, we look.
