Paid for plugin won't install (Watermarks)

I'm re-installing Koken and the plugin I bought some time ago won't install. In the store in my Koken install I need to buy it again. In the Koken store on the website when clicking 'Reinstall' it hangs at "Installing plugin

Please wait."

Please advise or fix. :)

Hello. Purchases are linked to a specific installation. Login to your Koken store account by visiting http://store.koken.me

Delete the old installation from your store account. (This does not delete anything from your server)

Sign in to the store from your new Koken installation to associate it with your store account.

then, back online, transfer your purchased themes and plugins
