The Store area inside Koken loads content from store.koken.me. If cookies are disabled in your browser you will not be able to view or install store content. You may fix this by following the instructions below.
Open Chrome's Settings by choosing Chrome > Preferences. Click the Show advanced settings... link at the bottom.
In the next window that appears, click the Manage exceptions button.
In this window, enter
store.koken.me into the Hostname field on the left. After doing so you should see the following with "Allow" to its right.
Click Done and close Chrome's preferences. Then try accessing the Koken Store again.
Open Preferences by going to Firefox > Preferences. Click on the Privacy tab.
If not already selected, choose "Use custom settings for history" from the Firefox will row in History. Click the Exceptions button next to Accept cookies from sites.
In the next window that appears, enter
store.koken.me into the Address of of website field, then click Allow.
When finished close all windows and Firefox's preferences, then try accessing the Koken Store again.
Safari doesn’t allow you to add exceptions for specific websites, so you will need to allow cookies globaly. To edit, go to Safari > Preferences, then click on Privacy. Set the Cookies and website data option to either Allow from websites I visit or Always allow.
Close Preferences then refresh the Store page in Koken. You should then be able to access it.
