I've lost my Koken Store login. How do I retrieve it?
Click the forgot password link on the store sign-in page. Account reset instructions will be emailed to you. If you continue to have issues please contact Koken support.
How do I obtain an invoice?
Invoices are emailed to you automatically. Or, click the Purchases link on your account page, then click the invoice link next to any purchase.
How do I add my company's mailing address or tax information to an invoice?
Click the Purchases link on your account page, then click on any invoice link. The invoice will display a link to add your data.
How do I install themes and plugins?
I can't install a theme/plugin to Koken. What do I do?

Can premium themes or plugins be installed with more than one Koken installation?
A single premium theme or plugin purchase may only be used with a single installation of Koken. Additional installations require their own purchases. You will have the option of purchasing an item again when more than one Koken installation is registered with your store account.
Can I duplicate a theme installed from the Koken Store to make template markup modifications?
Yes, that's okay as long as you keep the modifications to yourself (don't redistribute) and the duplicated theme stays in the same Koken installation as the premium theme its based on (assuming the theme was purchased). Future updates to an original theme will not transfer over to a duplicated theme automatically, so make sure that's something you're comfortable with ahead of time.
How do I add multiple Koken installations to my account?
Sign-in to any unlisted Koken installation, click Store in its main navigation, then click on Account to sign-in to your store account. The installation will be automatically added. See Installations in your account area to view your registered installations.
Can more than one store account be used to purchase items for a single Koken installation?
Yes indeed. See Sharing an installation between accounts.
Can I delete installations from my account?
Yes. We explain how, including what happens to purchased items, in this article.
Where do I install updates?
The Store link in Koken's navigation will display a notification badge anytime an update is available for an item installed from the store. Click on Store, then click Updates in the left column. There you'll see all available updates.
Can I get a refund for a purchased item?
Because of the nature of digital goods, all store sales are final and non-refundable.
If there is a technical problem with a purchased item, please contact Koken support. Include in your message which item you purchased and describe the problem you are experiencing. We will investigate the problem, and if it is found to be faulty or not functioning as described the item will be fixed or a full refund will be offered.
How do I edit my account profile avatar?
Avatars use the Gravatar image assigned to your account's email address. Click the avatar on your profile page and you will be redirected to gravatar.com to change the image by either editing an existing account or creating a new one associated with the same email address.
I'm interested in creating a theme/plugin and offering it in the store. Is that possible?
